Genuin Galvanitas Compass base desk / table and matching chair. Both table and chair have a matt black finished V-shaped frame, made of the characteristic folded sheet metal. The table has a thick teak wooden top, the chairs’ seating is made of pagwood.
Great set, clearly inspired by the designs of Prouve and Tolix and can be mentioned in the same sentence as the Dutch designs from Cees Braakman and Wim Rietveld. Very good and solid condition ( a few natural marks on the top ), no broken weldings, this set can be used right away!
