Early sixties edition ( Knoll New York ) of the ultimate iconic dining chairs of mid-century design, these original Saarinen Tulip swivel armchairs. The perfect balanced organic shapes will definitely bring class and elegance to any room. The base is made out of plastic coated aluminium, the shells are made of fibre / polyester. Both chairs has the original old Knoll label. There are no cushions; the benefit here is you can choose for re-upholstering in your favorite thickness, material and color! Both chairs in solid condition, minor marks, swivel mechanism works fine.
Most of these model ‘150’ chairs have a solid base, but these two ones have the original swivel mechanism. Great opportunity!
