Set of striking black swinging arm wall lights, designed by T. Busquet for the Dutch HALA lighting company during the 1960s. Thanks to the joint and movable metal arm suspension these lights can be directed in many positions. Both lights are identical, and are signed with the hala sticker, all wall suspension parts are complete. Both lights have a normal E 27 bulb holder. Great to have as a set.
Lighting company Hala became succesful developing a great number of subtle lighting designs for mainly home use. Thanks to the use of elementary shapes made out of folded steel and slender tube parts their designs outshine in an elegant appearance and evoke the spirit of midcentury design very well.
