The genuin old edition ‘Servo Muto’ Coat rack, designed by Tjerk Reijenga for Dutch company Pilastro.
Tjerk Reijenga was the head of the designer team of this company, and also designed the famous metal shelving system for Pilastro. These coat racks were produced in a number of different sizes which could be choose from at the time, and came with or without hat shelve, mirror or umbrella holder.
Needs hardly any space and offers a maximum of functionality. Thanks to its modern, colorful appearance at that time this design was also called the ‘musical scale’ in popular language, and refers to the popular jazz culture during that period. Condition; some normal usermarks on the hooks.
