The Dutch Tomado company, founded by the Van der Togt brothers, became very succesful producing small, affordable household equipment during the second half of the 20th century. The name Tomado is an abbreviation of ‘ Togt Massa artikelen Dordrecht’.
Besides the more common modular wall systems Tomado also developed this quite rare floor unit. Very practical design, easy to move and build up in many ways; 2 black ladders can carry 4 shelves, but when having 4 ladders, you can create quite a large room divider of almost 2 meter! Very stable system thanks to the metal wiring strucure.
Ech single unit comes with 2 ladders and 4 shelves ( 1 blue, 1 orange, 1 yellow and 1 white ).
