Pair of genuin 1950ies metal wall lights, designed by Hoogervorst for the famous Anvia lighting company. Subtle color scheme beige ( ochre yellow ) / black. Thanks to the metal swinging arm suspension the lights can be directed in almost all positions. Thanks to the ball-socket joint the shade can move in all directions as well. Documented in 1950ies Anvia catalogue model nr 7101. The fifties Anvia designs are clearly influenced by the designs of Sarfatti and Stilnovo. Good condition and in perfect working order, wiring has been replaced ( new black wire, 290 cm ) and all electrical parts have been checked. Bulbholder each light : normal E 27, suitable for modern LED bulbs. No denting, flaking or scratches, minimal marks. Ready for instant use!
