Mark the clever minimal construction; thanks to the vertical metal bar that is fixed it the black holder, the lights’ horizontal curved arm keeps stable. Just the weight of the shade keeps the arm from falling down. So this arm can move up and down and also swing to both sides. The shade itself is also movable in all directions thanks to the ball-socket joint.
Rare Dutch modernist piece that is hardly being offered. It is mentioned in the original fifties anvia catalogue as model ‘7079’ ( document available ).
