The Butterfly originally was an unlicenced design, but was produced by Knoll International, who acquired US production rights of the Hardoy chair in 1947, and produced the Butterfly till the 1970ies.
The frames can be taken apart very easily, and reassambling the parts also takes a few seconds, so also perfect for a vintage beach-sitting. Lots of charming usermarks and a few small professional stitch repairs, but frame and suede covers both are in strong condition.
