In the early fifties, the sons of Mariano Guzzini founded a small Italian company, ‘Harvey Creazioni’. The name is a reference to Harvey, the invisible imaginary friend of James Stewart in the film ‘Harvey’ ( 1950 ). After first producing artistic brass objects, the production later was supplemented by the manufacture of plastic lighting and household articles.
This glossy wall light was develloped during the late sixties. It is made of a chrome suspension and arc with a plastic shade with chrome accents. The arc can swival 180 degrees, the shade can be turned horizontal or vertical. The lamp has 1 lightsource.
This seems to be quite a rare model, and its in great condition too ( no cracks or melting areas ).
