Very appealing biomorphic, soft looking acrylic shade on a heavy metal base with chrome details. The lamp has four lightsources: one E14 bulb in the centre of the lamp, and three E 14 under the shade. They can lit separate, it has the original multi switch in the wire . Thanks to the sensuous curves and elegance this piece evokes a fantastic 1960s 1970s modernist atmosphere that makes a great match to all Pierre Paulin, Gae Aulenti, Joe Colombo and Verner Panton furniture. The lightsource in the shade gives a warm, diffused light. When not lit, the shade has a soft looking appearance. Guzzini manufacturers label on the shade and a production label on the base as well.
All parts of the light are inspected + cleaned properly, and all is in great condtion. This means: no cracks, warping or melting spots in the shade, no denting or flaking in the metal base, all electrical parts have been checked, and wiring is replaced through the whole lamp, also in the top. ( 250v, suitable for modern LED bulb if desired).
