Hans Wegner (1914-2007) is one of the greatest Danish designers of all time. Together with the works of protagonists like Arne Jacobsen, Poul Kjaerholm and Poul Henningsen, Wegner’s designs became synonymous with ‘Danish Design’.
Wegner also created memorable chairs, desks, tables, beds and cabinets. He collaborated with several renowned manufacturers, such as Carl Hansen en Sons, Fredericia Stolefabrik, Getama and Fritz Hansen. Wegner’s designs are included in the permanent collections of the world’s most respected museums.
