Very curious stainless steel floor light from the 1960ies. These twirling lights were produced in a number of sizes and shapes, such as big and small pendants, table lights and sconces. I’ve only encountered this floor stand model once before, so it’s very rare. Made out of stainless steel ( base and shade ) and chrome plated metal. The organic steel shapes evokes many associations, from sci-fi culture to a medieval harness or modern art.
The light source is visible from only one angle thanks to the precisely positioned lamellae which form the ingenious shade. The lightsource illuminate the fixture from inside out and bring contours of orange light through the openings between the metal segments, and provide a refined and warm light to the surroundings. The pictures show the light with a mirror bulb, but when putting a normal bulb in it, you can also use this light as a reading light.

Very good condition, electrical parts have been checked, wiring replaced, and all is working perfect. Lightsource: one E27 bulbholder, suitable for normal LED bulbs.  Economic shipping because the horizontal arm is easy to take off. Great opportunity!
