Impressive sculptural metal wall lights produced by the Raak lighting company in the 1960ies.The model is called ‘Fuga’, design M L Komulainen. This is the less common ( champaign ) copper plated edition. It is well documented in several Raak Lighting catalogues from the sixties and seventies. Brutalist art movement style from the sixties and seventies. The geometric organ pipe shaped design is clearly influenced by lamps of Marcello Fantoni, Poliarte and Sarfatti. Fixtures are suitable for build-in-wall or wiring outside. Each lamp has 6 normal E 27 porcelain bulbholders, suitable for modern LED bulbs. Both lamps are in good condition with normal minor marks. Both lamps rewired through the whole fixture and both complete with the original suspension part. Great opportunity to purchase as an identical set in this anodized alu copper finish!
